after looking for days and reading customer reviews on many well known sites,I found this model.
I own 2 promaster tripods that are not the design I was looking for when I bought them,but I had to settle for them back then.
it’s heavy enough to hold a camcorder and a video light on top.It’s smooth and dont’ jerk like my other 2.Plus the handle is not the type that locks the up and down motion.(I hate those,it caused the camcorder to drop downward when I forgot to lock the handle).
A model like this cost more than $200,and I’m happy with this model.Is doesn’t feel cheap,does not look cheap.I don’t like skinny legs on a tripod or to be lightweight.Like somebody said:if you are going to use a tripod a lot,better find a good one.
